Horse Trailer of the Week

Cyclone fans, here's your chance to vote for Iowa State's MVP for the Kansas game.

ELLIS HOBBS - Cornerback
Made the game-clinching turnover with his interception on the Jayhawks' final offensive play of scrimmage, sealing the ISU victory. Hobbs nabbed one of ISU's three interceptions, the third three-interception effort by the ISU defense this season. That's the first time that's happened in a season for the Cyclones since 1980.

STEVIE HICKS – Running Back
Carried the ball 30 times for a game-high 110 yards, including several key runs that helped run down the clock late in the game. He also crossed the 1,000-yard rushing mark for his career in the game with the fourth 100-yard rushing effort of his career, and third this season. Hicks leads the Cyclones in rushing with 631 yards on the season.

BRENT CURVEY – Defensive Lineman
His 30-yard fumble return for a touchdown was the biggest play in Iowa State's 13-7 win over Kansas, its second straight Big 12 win. It was the second straight week Curvey returned an opponent's miscue for a score, which is the first time that has happened in school history. Curvey now ranks second on the team in touchdowns scored, behind only Todd Blythe. Curvey added three tackles as well.
