More Good News on the Way?

Iowa State coaches got a nice dose of good news from Utah over the weekend, and have been waiting for some more from twin offensive tackles Scott and Paul Fisher.

However, it appears the Cyclones will have to wait another 24 hours for a decision from two of the impact JUCO offensive linemen on their board.

ISU hosted Dixie State (Utah) College offensive tackle Paul Fisher this weekend, a few weeks after having Scott Fisher in for a visit.

But a decision appears to be one more night away from happening, according to Scott.

"I'll be making a decision Tuesday night," said Scott Fisher. "Paul just wanted another day to think about it. I think we're going to try to stick together. He said tomorrow night, because he's a little busy today, and I didn't get a chance to talk to him much about his trip. Tomorrow afternoon I'm going to call him and see how it went, then that night we'll make a decision."

Asked if he had already decided on his school of choice, Scott Fisher had this to say.

"I kind of have my mind made up, but I'm not going to say to who," he said. "I want to talk to my brother and see how he felt. We'll see how it goes from there. It's between Iowa State and Wisconsin."

CycloneNation.com also caught up with Paul Fisher Monday night to get some thoughts on how his visit to ISU went.

"I was really impressed with everything that was out there," said Paul Fisher. "I liked the coaches a lot, their hospitality, and how they treated me. I like the town a lot. I liked the trip a lot."

Like his brother, Paul also has a feeling of where he wants to go, but wants more time before making it official.

"I have a pretty good decision on where I'm going to go, but I'm not going to lead anything in any direction right now," he said. "I still need time to talk to my parents, family, wife, and Scott to have them help me make my decision. We're going to come up with a decision tomorrow."
