O'Neil, Robinette Named All-Big 12

DALLAS -- Iowa State seniors Anne O'Neil and Katie Robinette were voted to the 2005 All-Big 12 Conference team by the league's coaches. O'Neil, an honorable mention pick last year, was a first-team selection, while Robinette was selected to the second team.

O'Neil and Robinette are ISU's top scorers, averaging 16.6 and 15.0 points, respectively. In Big 12 games, O'Neil leads the league in free throw percentage (87.5) and 3-point percentage (48.4). In overall stats, Robinette ranks among the top 10 conference leaders in scoring, rebounding (7.3), blocked shots (1.4) and field goal percentage (50.5).

Iowa State has placed a Cyclone on an all-conference team 52 times since 1980, including 28 times during head coach Bill Fennelly's 10 seasons. ISU has been represented on the first-team list 14 times, with eight selections in the Fennelly era.
