Future Cyclones Playing in Iowa Playoffs

Four future Cyclones will be participating in the Iowa High School football playoffs tonight.

There are a number of Iowa State commits that will be participating in the Iowa High School playoffs that begin on Nov. 2. Here is a list of who is playing and who they are playing against. A good way to keep track of the Cyclones future stars of tomorrow.


Patrick Neal and Zack Sandvig out of West Des Moines Valley will be matching up with Fort Dodge. The Tigers enter this game at 9-0 and are ranked #1 in the state.


Austen Arnaud will be leading Ames High School into a state run in the 4A division. Ames is currently ranked 7th in the state and have a 8-1 record. Ames will take on 4th ranked Dowling Catholic.


Matt Hulbert, a future Cyclone offensive lineman, will be taking the field with Ankeny High School also in the 4A division. Ankeny is 6-3 and will travel to play at Lincoln High.


This will be a good chance to go out and see some of these future Cyclones strut their stuff for their last high school games ever. Cyclone Nation will keep you posted on how they're doing.
