R.J. Sanders loves Iowa State. He's absolutely eating them up, but he still is yet to commit to the Cyclones, though it looks to be in the near future. Sanders, a 6'0 190 pound running back out of Denver, CO, said that he will probably commit to Iowa State when he makes his official visit. The catch is, his official still hasn't been set. Sanders said that he hopes to set up a visit sometime in the next few weeks.
"Iowa State, they're number one. They're number one in my head right now. They're on top," said Sanders. The only other school that Sanders is considering is Washington. He has also taken a visit to New Mexico State, but right now it's looking good for the Cyclones. "I'm going to bring all I got and be another factor to the team," said Sanders.
As of now, Sanders high school team is 7-2 and looking to make some noise in the Colorado state playoffs. Sanders currently has seven touchdowns on the season. "The best part of my game is my ability to make plays. I'm a playmaker. I could work on getting stronger and gaining a little more weight and I'll be fun," said Sanders.
Sanders didn't get to watch Iowa State's big win over Texas A&M but was extremely impressed by the highlights that he saw. RJ plans on studying business management or communications when he gets to college.
