Bowens is also heavily considering visiting Nebraska but has yet to do so. Bowens has already visited Indiana and said that Iowa State is on the top of his list of schools that he's visited. Bowens is also considering Louisville and some other Florida schools. Bowen's was especially impressed with the atmosphere last Saturday night.

"The atmosphere was great. The fans were really enthused," said Bowens.

Bowens also talked about how so many different fans kept coming up to the recruits and welcoming them to Ames. He was very impressed by that and he thought the people of Ames were great.

"I didn't know what to expect. I just took in another game and I really liked it," said Bowens.

Bowens said that when he got back to Florida, he had all sorts of people asking about the tornado that he experienced in Iowa. Bowens was also impressed by the play of star Cyclone receiver, Todd Blythe.

"He's a pretty good player. I was surprised by his performance," said Bowens.

Bowens is just taking it easy right now and isn't too worried about recruiting, so don't expect a commitment any time soon from him.
