* With only 6,000 students, TCU is the eighth-smallest Division 1-A school.


* Sixty percent of the student body at TCU is female. That means with 119 players on the football team, five percent of the male population at TCU is on the football team.


* According to a recent article in Men's Health, Fort Worth ranks second in the country behind only Honolulu in the prettiest females per capita category.


* Gary Patterson's wife, Kelsey Patterson's parents are both ISU graduates. Kelsey actually went to Elementary School in Ames through the third grade.


*TCU's equipment manager Matt Lewis, served the same position for Iowa State from 200-02.
