Kameron Middlebrooks is a 6'0, 180
pound defensive back that might pop into the 2007 recruiting scene under the
radar due to an injury plagued junior season at
Middlebrooks missed seven of nine games due to two nagging injuries that wouldn't allow him to take the field for the majority of the season.
"I had a concussion so I couldn't play for two weeks because of the doctor's orders. The second injury was that I sprained my foot. The doctors didn't diagnose me right the first time so I had a tough time coming back from that," said Middlebrooks.
In the two games that he did play, Middlebrooks had 19 tackles and an interception that he returned for a touchdown. In 2004, Middlebrooks played in nine games and recorded 53 tackles and four interceptions. He was also named second team All-Conference as a sophomore.

"You see my relationship with my coach is almost brother like. Every time he (Hunley) comes down I keep in contact with him. I'm supposed to go on a visit sometime and he's going to show me around," said Middlebrooks.
