Jamaal Tinsley-Indiana Pacers
Tinsley has an achilles injury and is doubtful for tonight's game two against the Nets. He did not play in the Pacers' game one victory.
Kalvin Cato-Detroit Pistons
Cato had two points, one rebound, one assist and one block in 9 minutes in the season finale against the Wizards. He had two rebounds in two minutes against the Bucks in the Pistons' game one victory.
Cato could be a good rebounding and shot-blocking presence for the Pistons off the bench during the playoffs if given the opportunity.
Marcus Fizer-New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets
Fizer contributed 9 points, 3 rebounds and an assist while playing 12 minutes against the Lakers on April 19th.
The season may be done, but Fizer must work hard this off-season to either sign a new contract with the Hornets or another NBA team.
Vroman broke his wrist while attempting a dunk on February 22 against Utah, giving the Hornets the freedom to cut him on March 31st.
Vroman needs to not only get healthy during the off-season but he needs work hard to catch the eye of some NBA teams and make an NBA roster for next year.
Mike Myers-New York Yankees
The big 6-3 south paw is off to a good start this season with 5 strike outs and a 0.00 ERA while allowing only two hits in 5.1 innings.
Myers played baseball for Iowa State from 1988-90 and earned All-Big Eight honors in 1989. He also helped Team USA win a gold medal at the 1987 U.S. Olympic Festival.
