Jamaal Tinsley-Indiana Pacers
Tinsley played seven minutes and contributed 2 points, an assist
and a steal in Indiana's game two loss to the Nets on April 25th.
Indiana's current starting point guard, Anthony Johnson, had 25
points in game three and went off for 40 in game six, taking
away from some of Tinsley's minutes.
Indiana's series loss to the Nets is history. Now Tinsley will be
looking to get back to 100 percent during the off season and
take back his starting roll.
Kalvin Cato-Orlando Magic
Cato had two points and two rebounds in Detroit's series ending
game five win over the Bucks. He then put together four points
and two rebounds while playing seven minutes in Detroit's game
one pounding of Cleveland.
Cato may see more playing time in Detroit's series with Cleveland
in a match up that looks fairly uneven. This will be good for him
to get some playing time that he did not see very much of during
the regular season because of injury and to prove himself to his
Mike Meyers- New York Yankees
Myers had five strikeouts and a 1.42 ERA in 6.1 innings during his
last ten games. This big lefty just needs to be used more but may
find it hard with New York's steady pitching staff.
Meyers played baseball for Iowa State from 1988-90 and
was an All-Big Eight selection in 1989.
