Q: Talk about your touchdown.
A: I don't know, I just knew that we needed something big. We needed a spark and for some reason it wasn't coming from anything else so I just had great blocking and it opened up after that gunner got on me and then I saw Flynn. I just followed him to the end zone.
Q: What about on the other end?
A: It was one of those indecisive things that I did. I was more thinking about catching the ball and running before I actually caught the ball. It's one of those things where you've got to rush off and do it again. I know that I can do it. Everybody makes mistakes.
Q: What is it about this team that is bringing these games down to the wire?
A: I don't know, but I don't really care. As long as the W's keep showing up on the scoreboard, I'll take a win any way. If it's 40-0 or 25-24, as long as we keep doing it.
Q: What was it like when UNI's kicker took the field at the end of the game?
A: He's a great field goal kicker. He was putting kickoffs in the end zone all night long and I'm not going to lie, I thought he was going to make it. He's a dang good kicker. We had a chance with our defense to get some pressure on him and it was a long field goal. It just went our way.
Q: Did you guys kind of take UNI lightly?
A: I don't know if we took them lightly, we definitely didn't take them lightly through the week. For some reason we were lacking emotion. I think I'm going to take blame on that and have the seniors take blame on that. We didn't get everybody up for the game like we should have. We knew that we had a big crowd; we knew it was a big game and we knew how good they were.
