ISU head coach Greg McDermott is just the second coach in school history to win his first six games at the helm (Wayne Morgan, 7).

 

ISU hit a season-high 11 3-pointers. ISU has made 20 treys in its last two games.

 

ISU's 11 3-pointers mark just the 15th time in school history where ISU made 11 or more 3-pointers in a game.

 

Jessan Gray tallied a career-high 14 points, making his first six shots from the field before missing, going 6-7 from the field.

 

Michael Taylor made his first six 3-point attempts of the game. Dating back to his last game, Taylor had made nine consecutive 3-pointers (he made his last three treys at Minnesota).

 

Taylor, who scored 25 points in the second half vs. Minnesota, tallied a combined 47 points in consecutive halves (22 in first half vs. Lake Superior State).

 

ISU's 53 points in the first half is a season high.

 

Taylor tallied a career-high seven assists.

 

Mark Curried recorded a career-high six points.

 

Iowa State's 90 points scored is a season-high.
