Friday night's prep game featuring the Brewster Academy and the Stoneridge Prep School was a who's who in the world of Iowa State MBB recruiting. In a game featuring two 2007 Iowa State commits, one major 2008 prospect and two former Iowa State recruits, the Brewster Academy beat Stoneridge by a score of 106-97. Get the inside scoop on how the future Clones did right here at CN.
Iowa State's headliner Craig Brackins was
slowed down by tendonitis in one of his knees on Friday night, but he still
fought through the pain to score 20 points and 12 rebounds.
Brewster's other big man Emanuel Negedu was held to eight points on the night, due mainly to the fact that
Stoneridge has a pair of seven footers who slowed Negedu down. As things are
sitting right now, sources tell me that Negedu's recruitment is going to come
down to Iowa State, Iowa and Arizona. At last night's game, reps from
Iowa State and Arizona were there but that was it.
2007 Iowa State commit Charles Boozer was the
highlight of the night with the two tomahawk dunks he delivered to get the crowd
in the game. Boozer ended up with 24 points on the game playing head to head
with former Iowa
State commit, P'Allen
Stinnett ended up being ejected

for hanging on the rim while the other was for taunting.
The Brewster Academy will face the Boys to Men Academy
out of Chicago tonight, which happens to be the
former school of
