Iowa State Offers Sullivan

Cyclone Sports Report talks with Boca Raton (FL) High School quarterback Eddie Sullivan about where his recruitment stands at the moment.

Cyclone Sports Report: What was the process that led to you getting a scholarship offer from Iowa State?

Eddie Sullivan: I had never talked to them until recently but then I talked with some of the assistant coaches and then Coach Rhoads called to offer me a scholarship. He said that they had watched my tape and that they liked what they had seen.

CSR: What other schools do have offers from?

ES: Wake Forest, Southern Mississippi, Kansas State, and Florida International.

CSR: Do you have any favorites?

ES: I would say no because at this point I'm really considering all of them evenly.

CSR: What are your thoughts on the offensive scheme that Coach Herman will be running at Iowa State?

ES: His offense is the offense that we run and that's realy what I like about Iowa State. I'm completely used to play out of the gun in the spread option.

CSR: Are you looking to go to any camps or take any unofficial visits this summer?

ES: I'll be going to Miami (FL) this week and then I'll also be going on one day camps to N.C. State and Ohio State. I'm also going to try and visit Wake Forest, Southern Mississippi, and Mississippi State.

CSR: What is your current height and weight?

My height is 6-foot-2 and I weigh 195 pounds.

CSR: Are you looking to make a final decision this summer?

ES: Probably not until the fall but it could change because at this point I just don't know.
