Injury Report:

Tom Nardo returned to the starting lineup after missing the last two weeks with a sprained ankle.

Dominic Alvis tore his ACL in the fourth quarter, Ferentz said. The sophomore DE will require surgery.

Adam Gettis left the game in the fourth quarter. He said he was fine in the postgame interviews.

Anthony Hitchens missed another game with a leg injury. He looked good in warmups. Iowa did not use any 3-4 on Saturday.

-Marcus Coker is the only FBS back to have six games this season with at least 100 yards rushing and at least two touchdowns.

-Iowa defeated Michigan for the third time in a row for the first time in series history.

-Marvin McNutt caught nine passes, a career high. He also accounted for 101 yards, the sixth time in nine games he's ecipsed the century mark this season.

-At one point, Michigan was 6 of 10 on third down conversions. The Wolverines finished 7 of 16 for the game.

-Iowa is bowl eligible for the 11th consecutive season.

-Michigan came into Saturday averaging 34.8 points per game. Its 16 points were the second fewest scored this season (Michigan State, 14).

-McNutt is 111 yards from Derrell Johnson-Koulianos' all-time career record of 2,616.

-Jordan Bernstine paced Iowa with a career-best 15 tackles.

-Tyler Nielsen chipped in with 13 tackles, a sack, two tackles for loss, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.
