Woods liked what he saw.
"A few days later, he called an offered me," Sells said. "He liked that I can play corner and safety. He said I'm physical enough to play safety and good technique at corner."
Sells said that most of the schools have offered him at cornerback. Iowa is undecided as to where it would play him.
"It really doesn't matter," Sells said of which position he prefers. "I like competing at corner and going up against the best receivers. I like coming down at safety and making tackles. Wherever the team needs me, I'll play it."
"I like the coaches that they have," Sell said of Baylor. "There are players on the team that I played with in high school. It's a good fit and they want me to play early."
Despite Baylor being in the lead, Sell isn't ready to end his recruitment.
"I'm just being patient," he said. "I'm not ready to make my decision yet. I know I have my top three. I'm going to go off of that."
Sells said he's most likely going to visit Iowa and West Virginia this summer.
"I'm looking for a school with a good academic center and advisers that work with me," he said. "I want a school with a great fan base. They have to be coaches I feel comfortable with."
Sells plans to major in Kinesiology in college.
"I know I want to be a coach someday," he said. "I know I have to have kinesiology. So, I'm going to get it going."
Sells isn't concerned about the location of the college he ends up choosing.
"It's not a factor at all," he said. "Wherever my mom feels comfortable and I feel comfortable at, I'll go."
