WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind - The Rob Report is back for its 11th season of Hawkeyes football. Today we look at Iowa 's 38-14, Week 11 win against Purdue at Ross-Ade Stadium.


-Dominica Alvis, who left the Michigan State game Week 2 with an injury and was knocked out early in the Ohio State contest three weeks ago did not dress for a third week in a row. The senior defensive end is dealing with a back injury and is day to day.

-C.J. Fiedorowicz, Anthony Hitchens and B.J. Lowery left the game with various, undisclosed injuries. Coach Kirk Ferentz said all of them would be available if Iowa had a game next week but that they'll get extra rest with the bye.

"I think we're in pretty good shape, based on what I know right now," Ferentz said. "All the guys that came out would play Saturday if we were playing but we're not so that's even better. It will give those guys a chance to bounce back."


-Today marks the first time Iowa notched wins on consecutive trips to Purdue since 1989 (24-0) and 1991 (31-21).

-Iowa has three road wins this season, its highest total since 2009 (4).

-The 38 points are the most scored by an Iowa team at Purdue since a 40-3 win in 1984.

-Iowa's 28 first downs tie for the fourth-most by a team during the Kirk Ferentz era.

-Iowa posted season highs today in first downs (28); total yards (509); and rushing yards (318). Iowa's 318 yards rushing are the most by the Hawkeyes since amassing 365 yards on 56 carries in a 45-21 win at Minnesota on Nov. 16, 2002.

-RB Damon Bullock rushed 10 times for a season-high 85 yards. He is 12 yards away from 1,000 career rushing yards.

-Iowa's second-quarter touchdown drive was its longest drive of the season in terms of yards (90 yards, 9 plays, 4:15).

-WR Don Shupert caught two balls for a career-best 69 yards today. His previous single-game high for receiving yards was 35 yards.

-RB Jordan Canzeri rushed for a career-high 165 yards. Canzeri averaged 8.25 yards on 20 carries and scored one touchdown. Canzeri entered today's game with 173 rushing yards this season.

-OL Cole Croston made his Hawkeye debut today. Croston was on the offensive line on K Mike Meyer's 28-yard field goal.

-TE C.J. Fiedorowicz caught two passes today to extend his streak of consecutive games with a reception to 28. Fiedorowicz has 79 catches for 356 yards over the last 28 games, and has caught all eight career touchdowns during the streak.

-Iowa's defense collected nine tackles for loss, including two sacks. Drew Ott with a career-high 2.5 TFLs, while Mike Hardy tied a personal-best with two TFLs.
