HI TV: PTL Week 2 Hawk Highlights

Week 2 games in the Prime Time League were contested Thursday night in front of a packed house. Hawkeye Insider attended the action and brings you more than four minutes of highlights from your favorite Iowa players.

NORTH LIBERTY, Iowa - It was a night of intriguing match-ups during Week 2 of the Prime Time League here Thursday at the rec center.

Iowa freshman Dominique Uhl faced off against senior Aaron White. Hawkeye centers Adam Woodbury and Gabe Olaseni locked up in another game.

White's team got the best of the squad featuring Uhl and Iowa point guard Mike Gesell, 105-90. White totaled 15 points, nine rebounds and three assists a day before leaving for the Kevin Durant Skills Academy.

Gesell played well, notching 25 points. Uhl contributed nine points and six rebounds in the losing effort. He missed five of six three-points attempts and now is shooting 2 of 10 from behind the arc in two PTL games.

Woodbury and Olaseni pushed each other in a tightly contested meeting won, 107-106, by the former's team. Woodbury racked up 26 points and nine boards in the victory. Olaseni went for 17 and six while fighting foul trouble. Iowa senior guard Josh Oglesby added 17 points in a losing cause.

Hawkeye junior Jarrod Uthoff posted 19 points, grabbed 14 rebounds and handed out three assists in his team's 87-78 win against team led by Iowa sophomore Peter Jok, whose 14 points were aided by 3 of 7 three-point shooting.
