PITTSBURGH - With starting quarterback Jake Rudock going down with an injury late in the first half, sophomore C.J. Beathard was called upon to rally Iowa to victory here at Heinz Field Saturday. The Tennessean came through.

Beathard completed 7 of 8 passes for 98 yards. He led the Hawkeyes on three second-half scoring drives, including the game-winning touchdown late in the fourth quarter.
