Large Group of Prospects Visiting Iowa

Wisconsin comes to Iowa Saturday for a Big Ten tussle. The Badgers will be joined in Kinnick Stadium by a large group of high school prospects. Come inside to get a look at who's expected at the game.

Wisconsin visits Iowa this weekend for a rivalry match-up with Big Ten West Division implications. The Badgers won't be on the only guests at Kinnick Stadium.

With many high school seasons wrapped up, the Hawkeyes are expected to play host to a large group of prospects on Saturday. They should witness a great atmosphere at the historic venue.

Florida linebacker Chris Hart will be the only official visitor. The 6-foot-3, 225-pound senior hails from Fort Lauderdale St. Thomas Aquinas, the alma mater of Hawkeye starting quarterback Jake Rudock.

Hart already has officially visited Michigan State and Utah. He's also considered an official stop at North Carolina but has yet to set it up.

West Des Moines Dowling Catholic Quarterback Ryan Boyle plans to be at Iowa a day after attempting to lead the Maroons to their second Class 4A state title in a row. The 6-foot-2, 215-pound senior committed to the Hawkeyes last winter.

Another interesting visitor is Maxwell CMB tight end Bryce Kemp. The 6-5, 207-pound senior has attended multiple Hawkeye games this fall despite being verbally committed to Eastern Michigan. Iowa has yet to offer.

Chicago Athlete Dominic Christian tweeted that he would be at Iowa Saturday. Recruiting coordinator Seth Wallace visited the Hales Franciscan High senior and Christian talked with us about the Hawkeyes interest in him.

A pair of senior from Wisconsin plan to see Iowa. John Higgins (6-3, 235), a defensive end from Williams Bay, and Wausau West High linebacker Jake Whalen (6-2, 220) are hoping to hear positive things from the Hawkeyes.

Tight end Curt Mueller (6-3, 217) and offensive lineman Nick Kaltmayer (6-6.5, 285), a pair of seniors from Edwardsville (IL) High, expect to be at Iowa. Colten Rastetter, a 2015 punter from Guttenberg (IA) Clayton Ridge High, will get a closer look at his potential future home. He has visited multiple times this fall.

Archer High (Lawrenceville, GA) cornerback Isaiah Pryor (6-2, 185), the son of former Hawkeye Richard Pryor, will be back in Iowa City. He's only a sophomore who picked up an offer this summer.

More prep seniors are looking to corral an Iowa offer or walk-on opportunity. In-State kickers Peyton Paddock (Monticello) and Austin Kluver (Marshalltown), Ankeny Centennial safety Isaiah Kramme, offensive lineman Bennett Helgren of Edina (MN) High, Wildwood (MO) LaFayette High linebacker Drake Dunker, Matt Brandeis (DE) of Hinsdale (IL) South High and Omaha North receiver Marquise Lewis are checking out the Hawkeyes.
