He's quick, sneaky fast, and can go up and make the play. That's an easy way to describe Conant junior defensive back Palmer Graham, who added his first offer from Army in recent weeks. Now, he's got several visits lined up for the end of the week, including one to Iowa on Wednesday.
“I have heard from Ball State, and Iowa. I am visiting Iowa on Wednesday, and Northern Iowa actually. I have heard from Iowa State and a lot of different schools, it has picked up a lot," Graham said.
It will be Graham's first visit to Iowa City -- and there are several things that he is looking forward to seeing.
“I want to see the facilities, hear their coaching philosophies and all that at Iowa," Graham said.
Graham has had a good amount of communication with Iowa and is looking forward to talking to the coaches in person.
“I haven't been to Iowa but they have been talking to me a lot about coming up. Coach Ferentz is my recruiter. They have sent me a lot of mail, a lot of handwritten mail. I am looking forward to going up there to see them," Graham said.
With visits in general, the 5-9, 170-pound athlete is looking for very specific information.
“Really what I want to see with all the schools I visit is what they are looking for in a player and how I fit into their system and how they could use me in their system,” Graham said.
