Iowa football fans are invited to watch practice this Sunday, Aug. 10, before getting autographs and pictures with their favorite Hawkeyes. Practice is scheduled to begin at 3:15 p.m. and last for two hours. The autograph and picture session will last for about an hour. Please read following release for important instructions on attending the event.

Fans interested in attending Kids' Day '03 should enter Kinnick Stadium through the gate immediately below the press box. The gate will open at 3 p.m. Those attending Kids' Day will be asked to sit in the west stands only. After practice, the Hawkeyes will line up against the railing in the front of row 1 for autographs. The stadium playing field will be off limits to the public.

Iowa's '03 football schedule poster, schedule cards and magnets will be given out at the entry gate. Fans attending the event also will be eligible to win a variety of door prizes, which includes a pair of tickets to the Hawkeyes' season opener against Miami on Aug. 30.

Kids' Day is a joint activity of the UI Athletic Department and Alliant Energy, a long-time corporate sponsor of the intercollegiate athletics program at the University of Iowa.
