Iowa continues their camp circuit on Tuesday with their second satellite camp of the month in Dallas. The staff will be at Angelo State in Dallas to get a look at some of the best the Lone Star State has to offer. It is one of many satellite camps they have scheduled for the month. The Hawkeyes will also be at various camps in Chicago, Kansas City, Birmingham, and Atlanta in addition to those on their home campus. They've also already completed a satellite camp in St. Louis.
Tuesday's satellite camp in Dallas will give them an opportunity to meet up with their prized commit Eno Benjamin, a Scout 100 running back from the area. He's one of two commits ranked in the top 100 of prospects in the country. The other of course being five-star defensive end A.J. Epenesa.
The perk of the camp isn't just to reconnect with Benjamin but also be in the company of many other top prospects in Texas. One of those that will be in attendance is four-star wideout Camron Buckley of Cedar Hill. He's a Scout 300 wideout at a major position of need for the Hawkeyes and he's considering Iowa along with a collection of other schools that are among the best in the nation. He'll be a tough grab but the satellite camp gives them an opportunity to recruit him a little more, in person, and hopefully convince him to take a visit to Iowa City before the Fall.
Benjamin informed Scout that the two would both be at the camp earlier Monday evening.
