The skinny: A talented two-way performer, Trowbridge projects as a linebacker at the college level. He's a very smart football player who is always around the football. He has enough size and can run laterally and change directions very well. He was one of the state's most productive linebackers as a junior and will likely do the same as a senior. He'll enter the spring as one of the top linebacker prospects in the Central Florida area.
Trowbridge had this to say regarding Iowa in a March 21st update, where he identified the Hawkeyes as his leader:
"My top 5 is Iowa, Florida, Central Florida, Michigan and Florida State. Iowa is my favorite school right now. They send me a lot of stuff and they have been doing very well on the field. They have a very disciplined team and Coach Ferentz just signed a long term contract."
