"I committed to Coach Ferentz this evening while he was at my home," said Adrian Clayborn. "I've known since my Iowa visit that is where I wanted to go, but I wanted to take the trip to Missouri. I just felt like Iowa was the place for me. After Coach Ferentz met with my mother, and gained her approval, it sealed the deal."

Clayborn is the 12th known verbal commitment for the Iowa Hawkeyes.
