Q: (A question on goals for the season)
Dace Richardson: One of the goals for us is to start off with a good start.
Q: How do you address that?
Richardson: You've got to play more physical in the beginning instead of coming on late. That's what we think will help you
Q: Talk about the experience you got last year and how that'll help this year.
Richardson: I think playing around guys like Brian Ferentz and Mike Elgin and Marshal Yanda and Mike Jones has really helped me. Brian Ferentz just knows the game in and out. That really helped me to try and fit in the group. I feel this season we're going to have a really good o-line. That'll help make the team better.
Q: You've got to replace Brian, but you do it with another member of your recruiting class, a guy you know pretty well in Rafael. Talk about the way the line feels with Rafael at center.
Richardson: We feel really positive with Rafael. Just being a center, you have to be a leader. He's a really good leader for our team. He helps make our o-line better. I'm happy with him at the center position
