Justin Johnson

How tough was it bouncing back after last night? Was it hard to get focused?

It was tough. It was a hard loss (Friday) night. It‘s our own tournament; hard loss; mental mistakes last night. I‘m glad we got to jump back and win this game even though I‘m still mad that we lost and couldn‘t win our own championship.

What was it for you tonight how you were able to explode, especially early on?

Practice, really. We just came out ready. The team came out ready offensively and defensively. We had a focus to win the game. And we came out and succeeded.

After the walk-through today, you stayed later and shot. Was there any reason for that or was that normal for you?

It‘s just after practice I found time to put in a couple of extra shots before I go into the locker room. I do it after every practice.

You had seven (threes) with 13 minutes to go in the game. Did they switch up on you then and do a better job on you?

Later on they did a box and one and face guarded me. But my team did a good job of getting the ball in and scoring.
