-Representatives from the Sugar , Cap 1/Champs and Rose Bowls were in attendance at Kinnick on Saturday.
-Reiff started in place of Vandervelde. He slid in at LG while Richardson moved from LG to RG. Vandervelde spelled Richardson on few series in the first half. Richardson loved back to LG and Vandervelde was at RG to start the second half.
-Minor's 3-yard rushing on the first quarter was the first one on the ground given up by the Hawkeyes in 33 quarters.
-K. Davis received more reps in Saturday's game than he had combined in the first five games.
-Kuempel came in as a tackle eligible on Wegher's 1-yd TD leap in the second quarter.
-Stanzi's Pick 6 in the first quarter was his third through six games.
-Iowa's clock management on the last drive of the first half was something they'll leave off the year-end highlight tape. The Hawkeyes allowed :30 to burn off the clock before using a timeout. Then, with :03 on the clock and Murray lining up for a 48-yard field goal attempt, Iowa was called for a delay of game with a timeout in hand. Murray missed from 53, by a hair.
