Details on First Issue of Hawk Talk the Magazine is proud to announce our first edition of "Hawk Talk the Magazine" will be sent out to subscribers in the beginning of March. After finishing up the core articles of the first edition, here is a preview of what you can expect to find. has grown leaps and bounds in its nearly two years of existence on Sports Network. While much more is in the works for the future of HawkTalkOnline right here on TheInsiders Network, we are now proudly ready to debut our first edition of "Hawk Talk the Magazine."

Total Access subscribers and fans have filled up my inbox over the past couple weeks with ever so popular question, WHAT WILL BE IN THE MAGAZINE?

Here is a glimpse:

1. We have chosen one recruit from the offensive and defensive side of the ball as our featured two prospects. The two prospects chosen have been DE Bryan Mattison and ATH Champ Davis. You can expect to learn a great deal more on these two tremendous youngsters.

2. I also compiled a Q&A with WR Scott Chandler, a prospect not covered much in the Hawkeye media circles. He informed "Hawk Talk" of a very interesting situation in his recruitment, and a lot of other great facts about his decision to attend Iowa.

3. Not to mention, I will provide my inside "Top Ten List of the 2003 Class." Here is where you can get my choices for the biggest sleeper, most underrated, biggest loss, and etc. This will be a list provided from all my conversations taken place over the recruiting season.

4. Lastly, but not least, Editor Barry Crist will enterain many Hawk fans with "Reese's Pieces." Shortly after Signing Day, Barry caught up with Recruiting Coordinator Reese Morgan. Reese provides a lot of great insight into the 2003 class, and which performers may see the field next season.
