Early Word on Brandon:
A true cover corner may be the hardest position for any college recruiter to evaluate on film. Schools should have no such problem this fall when evaluating film of Coach John Thiel's Mustangs. Brandon Robinson has already stood out of film for a few schools, and you can expect many more to be calling very soon with offers.

"An explosive player that makes things happen," said Coach Thiel. "He returns kick-offs and punts, plays wide receiver, and is an excellent coverage corner. He plays very good man-to-man coverage in our system."

Brandon has already been offered by Boston College, Wisconsin, and Iowa.

Will the multi-dimensional athlete be pursued for the offensive or defensive side of the ball?

"I believe his temperament is that of a corner. He loves the challenge of covering the other team's best guy and shutting him down. This past season, he gave up very few receptions."
