Brooks Leaves KSU Women's Basketball Program

Freshman Tiffany Brooks to pursue other opportunities and won't participate during spring semester.

Kansas State's Tiffany Brooks, a freshman guard on the women's basketball team, has decided to pursue other competitive opportunities and will not play for K-State in the spring semester.

"We wish Tiffany the best in her future educational and athletic pursuits," K-State head women's basketball coach Deb Patterson said.

Brooks, a 5-foot-11 reserve guard from Leavenworth, Kan., appeared in four games this season averaging 2.0 points and 0.8 rebounds per game for the nationally-ranked Wildcats.
