K-State point gaurd Chelsea Domenico will be okay after being carried out on a stretcher in the first half of No. 9 K-State's loss at Nebraska Saturday. The Wildcats were defeated 81-63 in what was their first conference loss of the season.

suffering a minor neck strain and bruised nose after going up for a rebound and
catching a forearm to the head in the first half of play at Nebraska
The Cornhuskers defeated No. 9 K-State 81-63. The Wildcats
(13-3, 4-1 Big 12) were held to a season-low 33.3 percent from the field in its
first conference loss of the season.
As a precaution, Domenico was carried out of the Bob
Devaney Sports Center
on a stretcher by medical personnel with her neck braced. She was examined at a
local hospital in Lincoln and was
later released to travel back with the team to Manhattan.
Domenico, the team's starting point guard, played only seven minutes against
the Huskers with two rebounds.
