Sacramento (California) Grant Union three star Reggie Walker currently holds up eight scholarship offers already, including one from K-State - will be visiting Manhattan this weekend.

At 6-foot-2 and 225 pounds, this outside linebacker says that his top two teams right now are Kansas State and Fresno State and that should he visit go well, he is going to commit to the Wildcats this weekend.

"Pretty much I want to go down there and see what the nightlife is about. I have been told that Manhattan is pretty much 50% students and that the town is kind of young. I really just want to see that there is something to do and some places to have fun. Fresno State has been recruiting me the hardest but if I like my trip to Manhattan this weekend- I am going to commit," said Walker.

Friends and teammates with another Wildcat target, CB- Syd'Quan Thompson- Walker says that they would both like to go to the same school but each has to make their own decision.

"Syd and I are tight and we have talked about going to the same school. I know he was supposed to go to Arizona this weekend but he is not going anywhere. He said he is going to either Kansas State or Arizona next week and of course I want him see Kansas State."

WITH 105 TACKLES, 21 tackles for a loss, five forced fumbles and eight sacks, Walker has put together the type of senior season that has drawn attention throughout the West Coast. Along with teammate Syd'Quan Thompson, the Pacers have rolled through their regular season with a 9-1 until being upset in the first round of the playoffs. A very versatile linebacker with 4.47 speed, Walker projects as an outside linebacker at the next level.

In terms of his visit to Manhattan, Walker admits he is excited to visit with all the other prospects the Wildcats are bringing in this weekend.

"You know I used to live in Missouri and I am just really excited to se everything. I mean it is important to me that there are some things to do and that I fit in with the players and coaches there. I know K-State is bringing in a lot of recruits this weekend and I just want to see how we all get along. Ohh Heck ya I am excited. Kansas State is at the top" said Walker.

We will have an update on Reggie following his trip this weekend and be right on top of any developments
