"He is a big physical back that can really beat down on defenders," said head coach Greg McClendon. "He has good vision, can catch the ball out of the backfield, and blocks very well. He is the total package."
Kansas State recruited Greer as a big back leaving the door open to play either tailback or fullback.
"Kansas State was the first school to show interest last spring, and had stayed on him ever since," continued McClendon. "They wanted a big back, offered him a scholarship, and he knew over the Christmas break that was where he was headed. He committed to them on Monday, and will be taking his official visit up there in a few weeks."
"He is going to play for a program that competes for Big 12 Championships and the National Championship. They have great facilities, a great coach, and they will use him very well," stated McClendon.
