D'Aundre Reed of Moreno Valley, California, DE hailing from Rancho Verde high school originally committed to Colorado. Not sure that his future was in Boulder, Reed changed his commitment to Arizona.

However, with Kansas State hiring a new coach staff and Head Coach Ron Prince, D'Aundre Reed took an official visit to Manhattan this weekend and said that he has a lot to think about after the weekend.

"Yes sir, I made it to K-State this weekend and the trip was good. Right now I would rate the trip as a 8 (on a scale of 10). I met with Coach Prince and he told me that he would be in contact with me and asked me to think about things," Reed told KStateFans.

Reed, who was hosted by Brandon Archer, said that this trip has given him a lot to think about and that he wants to return home to speak with his family before making a decision.

"Right now I have a lot on my mind. You know, I am going to just try and think things through and then decide what I want to do. Kansas State is probably second right now. There are just a lot of things out there that I need to think about. The trip went good. I got to meet with the coaches and watch some games. We caught the KSU –KU game on television and that was fun watching. "

Reed has one more official visit left that he may or may not take prior to making his decision.

"I have one set up right now that I am thinking about canceling. I am not sure. I really think I am going to just go home and talk things over with my family."

Though he may not take the visit, Reed says he has home visits scheduled for sometime early this next week.

"Coach Tibesar has already come in to see me. I know I got a couple coaches that are supposed to come over. They were going to come on Sunday but I took this trip so I know they will be coming later this week."

"Coach Prince said that we need to stay in touch after this and that he will be giving me a call. There was no pressure, he just told me that I have a lot to think about and that they want me there at K-State," said D'Aundre.
