Times have changed, now Otis says he wants everyone to know he is a Wildcat.
"There are a couple of teams that have called but I am gong to Kansas State. That's it. Tomorrow I am going to have a signing ceremony and put my name on the line and I am going to become a Wildcat."
"I am just so happy right now, you know. Don't expect any last minute changes from me. I have talked with my folks and with the coaches and this is the best place for me. I am ready to get down there and play some ball."
Scheduled to officially sign his letter of intent tomorrow at 9 am at his high school, Otis says it cannot come fast enough.
"All the pressure is off. I have told everyone that needs to be told and now it just feels great to be a Wildcat. Kansas State is the right spot for me and I knew that on my visit. I knew coming out of there that that was where I needed to be and it is all going to get started tomorrow. Kansas State Baby!"
