K-State Commitment Schedules Official Visit

Scout.com three-star linebacker Brandon Walls from Irving, (Texas), gave his verbal commitment to Kansas State earlier in the summer. We were checking in to see who has visited and other official visits Walls has on his calendar.

"I am a solid commitment to Kansas State," said Brandon Walls. "I am not going to visit any other schools. This is it for me."

"I had an in-home visit with coach Morris last week. Coach Washington came by the school two weeks ago. The visit was coach Morris was pretty good. He ate dinner with my family. It was good."

Walls did not attend any regular season games in Manhattan, but he kept a close eye on his Wildcats.

"I think coach Ron Prince did a good job for his first year," Walls said. "He did a real good job. I loved that game against Texas. I will never forget it. It is one of the best games they played all year."

Walls had an impressive season and was awarded for his effort.

"The season went all right," he said. "I did pretty good. I led the team in tackles with 105. I got second team All-District."

Walls has scheduled his visit to Kansas State January 12.
