This highly touted wide receiver has received an offer to play for Coach Ron Prince at Kansas State, but as it looks now The Fighting Irish of Notre Dame are first on his list. Floyd came away very impressed on junior day with Notre Dame. "I've more visits to Notre Dame than any other school to this point, said Floyd. I love the tradition, the people, and the coaching staff. I would also really like to play for Coach Charlie Weiss," Floyd told KStateFans.com

Floyd caught 65 passes for 1,245 yards and 16 touchdowns last season as a junior. He also rushed for 245 yards Floyd also rushed 12 times for 245 yards and three more scores. He runs a 4.5 in the 40, benches 250 lbs and possesses a 38 inch vertical leap.

Big 10 schools Ohio State, Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota all have a huge interest in Floyd as well.

"I've been told by the schools who are recruiting me that I have an excellent chance to start as a freshman and that's something I want, said Floyd. I'm a physically explosive wide receiver, that can be intimidating. I also come off the ball well and my blocking skills are also there.

There are things that Floyd knows he need to improve on as well before taking the step to the next I can improve on as well because I need to learn to run routes better, and I need to continue to work on my footwork."
