The game, which pits top collegiate players originally from Texas, surrounding regions or players that played college football in Texas against top players from around the nation, will be televised nationally on Saturday by CBS College Sports (CSTV). Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. CT at the Sun Bowl.
Campbell, a three-time All-Big 12 selection who will play for the Texas squad on Saturday, recorded 47 tackles this past season, including eight for loss, which was second on the team. He also tallied a team-best 4.5 sacks and blocked a school-record three field goal attempts.
The Cimarron, Kan., native, who exhausted his eligibility in 2008, finished his stellar four-year career at Kansas State with 20.5 sacks, which ranks fifth in K-State history.
