KSU Spring FB Game to Air on 11 Stations

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Kansas State's 2009 spring football game on Saturday, May 2, will be broadcast live on radio over 11 stations across the state of Kansas and in the Kansas City Metro area, K-State Sports Network officials announced Tuesday.

A special Purple-White pre-game show will kick off the broadcast at 2:45 p.m. Game time is slated for 3 p.m.

The voice of the Wildcats, Wyatt Thompson, and former K-State quarterback Stan Weber will call the action with Matt Walters providing updates from the sidelines.

Live audio play-by-play coverage as well as live statistics and a live in-game blog of the contest will also be available via the official web site of Kansas State athletics, www.k-statesports.com.
