The Kansas State Athletics Department has announced that the Wildcats' 2009 football season opener against Massachusetts at Bill Snyder Family Stadium will kick at 6:10 p.m. CT, while the final out of league contest against Tennessee Tech will begin at 1:10 p.m. CT.

K-State opens the 2009 football season at home against the Minutemen before hitting the road for two games at Louisiana (Sept. 12) and UCLA (Sept. 19). The Wildcats and Golden Eagles of Tennessee Tech then wrap up the out of league slate on September 26.

Due to the possibility of television affecting the remaining schedule, start times for the balance of Kansas State's 10 games are listed as TBA.

Season tickets remain available as public season bench seating in Bill Snyder Family Stadium is priced at $300 and chairback seating $335, while a Young Alumni ticket package is available at only $178 for K-State graduates who received their undergraduate degree since December 2004. New for the 2009 season is a four-pack season ticket option in the north end zone seating for just $800.

Orders for individual-game tickets for K-State's six home and five road games will go on sale to the general public on July 14. Tickets for Kansas State's matchup with Iowa State on October 3 at Arrowhead Stadium are available and can be purchased at ticketmaster.com.
