2011 PF sets visit to Kansas

Big men are at a premium right now in the Class of 2011, and 6-foot-6 Jamari Traylor of Bradenton (FL) IMG Academy - one of the most athletic prospects left on the board - will be packing his bags for Lawrence, Kan. this weekend.

The recruiting process continues for the Kansas Jayhawks, as Head Coach Bill Self and his staff look to round out the Class of 2011.

Jamari Traylor, a 6-foot-6 power forward from Bradenton (FL) IMG Academy, has been on the Kansas radar for weeks, and per a text message will take an official visit to Lawrence, Kan. this weekend.

Last weekend, Traylor visited Oklahoma State and had this to say about his time in Stillwater, Okla.:

"It was nice. I enjoyed hanging around with the guys and I enjoyed sitting with the coaches and talking about how they would use me in the future if I decided to go there. It was a good experience for me. I really liked the campus."

Traylor was unavailable for further comment at the time, but Phog.net has an interview scheduled with him for later Tuesday evening. Check back for a full update on one of the top remaining big men in the senior class.
