With two Junior Day unofficial visits behind him, Mill Valley (KS) High quarterback Skyler Windmiller has two more on the docket in the next month - including one to the SEC.

With two Junior Day unofficial visits behind him, Mill Valley (KS) High quarterback Skyler Windmiller has two more on the docket in the next month.

The 6-foot-2, 180-pound gunslinger will visit Tulsa on April 7 and Tennessee on April 21, for Junior Day events in conjunction with each program's Spring Game.

Windmiller had previously taken visits to Iowa and Kansas, and has remained in contact with their respective coaching staffs. New programs are beginning to enter the mix as well.

"I've been talking quite a bit to Wyoming and Northern Illinois lately," he said.

Since the season ended in the fall, Windmiller has been far from idle. Aside from regular strength workouts with his Jaguars teammates, he gathers with a group of area prospects twice a week to work with a quarterback coach, focusing on his accuracy and consistency.

"I wouldn't call it a problem last year, but it was probably one of my weaknesses," he said. "There were some times where a guy was wide open and I just missed him."

In the weeks ahead, Windmiller also plans to attend spring practices at a number of area programs.

"Definitely Iowa and Kansas," he said. "We don't know which other ones yet though. We'll probably go to quite a few Kansas practices since it's so close and easy."
