During the 2013-14 college basketball season, Kansas will be among the biggest, if not the biggest stories in the nation and the schedule reflects that, as the Jayhawks have been selected to be showcased on ESPN's Big Monday four times.

The four appearances matches the amount of the previous seven season and will feature two road contests, as well as two inside historic Allen Fieldhouse.

The first Big Monday will come January 13, when Kansas visits Iowa State in a rematch of one of the most dramatic and testy games of last season, when KU rallied to knock off the Cyclones in overtime.

A week later, Kansas will host Scott Drew's always entertaining Baylor Bears. The Bears pounded Kansas in the regular season finale last year in Waco.

On February 10, the Jayhawks take on Kansas State in Manhattan, in what is always a hostile road environment for KU.

Kansas will then wrap up it's Big Monday schedule two weeks later, when they face Lon Kruger's Oklahoma Sooners.

Kansas is 49-16 all-time on Big Monday, including 30-8 under head coach Bill Self. The Jayhawks have won 20 straight Big Monday games in Allen Fieldhouse, including a 16-0 mark under Self.
