The Jayhawks shot nine of 13 from beyond the three point arc and were led in scoring by guard Frank Mason, who tallied 17 points and nine rebound. Kansas (27-8) also shot 54 percent from the field while holding the Aggies to just 36 percent.

This sets up the much anticipated showdown with 7th seeded Wichita State, who knocked out 10 seed Indiana 81-76 Friday afternoon. The game will tip Sunday afternoon at 4:15 and will be televised by CBS.
