Once again, Bill Self and Kansas have landed the number one recruit in the nation. 6-7 203 pound Josh Jackson, committed to the Jayhawks, Monday evening and already expectations, typically high at Kansas, have soared through the Allen Fieldhouse roof.
Jackson, expected to be a one and done, has drawn comparison to Andrew Wiggins, the last top recruit to play at Kansas, two years ago.
Jackson, who averaged 27 points and 13 rebounds at Prolific Prep in Napa, CA, was named co-MVP of the McDonald’s All American Game, earlier this month. He chose Kansas over fellow powerhouses Michigan State and Arizona.
