Florida finished in the top spot with a three-round score of 854. TCU (859) finished in second place, while Clemson and Southern California tied for third place, both shooting three round totals of of 871.
Junior Andrew Price finished his second round with a two-under par 70 and shot a one-under par 71 in his final round to finish the tournament with a total of 214. Price's tournament total of 214 and sixth place finish are both the best of his career. Sophomore Ryan Rainer's final round of 72 gave him a total of 221 for the tournament and a tie for 34th place. Junior Kevin Ward finished his second round with a 75, then came back later in the day to shoot a two-over par 74 finishing with a total of 223 and a tie for 41st place. Freshman Tyler Docking, playing in his first career tournament, finished with a total of 234 and a tie for 81st place after a 77 in the final round. Senior Tyler Hall (95th) shot an 82 in his final round at The Ridges.
"Andrew Price had a good tournament, shooting a two-under par 214," Randall said. "Kevin Ward birdied the last two holes for a pretty good finish."
Kansas will be back in action, Sept. 22-23, when it hosts the Kansas Invitational at Alvamar Golf Club in Lawrence, Kan.
