Recruiting Update: Tim Ball

Linebacker / running back prospect has on offer on the table from KU, but is waiting on a call to setup a visit.

Tim Ball, a 6'1" linebacker and full back from Hebron, Texas (a Dallas area suberb) is starting to set up
some official visits with schools who have displayed interest in his abilities.

Scholarship offers are on the table from Duke, Tulane, and Kansas.

However, Ball has yet to name a definite leader, "It goes back and forth. Duke is a really good school
academically." The Hebron, Texas product will visit the Blue Devils for his first official on December 5th.

Tulane gets their chance to impress the next weekend
on December 12th.

Iowa State is in the mix, but the Cyclones have yet to formally offer Ball. He does have a trip planned to Ames for January 23rd.

Ball shares what he likes about ISU, "It's an interesting option because they're in The Big 12."

The other Big 12 school currently recruiting Ball is Kansas.

"They (KU) haven't called me in a while. But, if they wanted me to take a trip I would go."

Other colleges that appeal to Ball include Utah and Tulsa. "I'm not sure when I'll make my decision. I plan on taking my visits and going from there." Top Stories
