During today's Basketball Media Day Kentucky coach John Calipari informed reporters that Darnell Dodson's Kentucky career has come to an end.
Larry Vaught reported the news on KSR's premium board, Wildcatchat, earlier today.
There has been no official explanation given for Dodson's departure.
In 2009-2010 Dodson averaged 6 points a game, and appeared in 35 games for the Wildcats. Dodson came in with the reputation as a perimeter shooter and shot 35% from behind the arc in his one season as a Wildcat.
