Davis In Action With Special Guest Looking On

Scout.com #1 power forward Anthony Davis was caught in action during the Flying to the Hoop. While Kentucky fans in the area were excited about seeing the future Wildcat, it was the person who came to see him that had everyone talking.

Scout.com National Basketball Recruiting Analyst Brian Snow was on hand to catch future Kentucky Wildcat, Anthony Davis of Perspectives Charter.

Breaking down the Scout.com #1 power forward, Snow had the following to say about Davis.

"It is just tough to gauge how Davis is at times because he is asked to do so much for his high school team. With his guards facing a press, Davis had to handle it up the floor and then work to create the offense as well as attack the boards. He did however show an ability to handle in space and finish, rebounded well, and of course had some highlight reel athletic moves. Even without being able to play to his strength, Davis was extremely impressive."

While many felt Perspectives would have no problem with Dayton (Ohio) Meadowdale, the Wolves were in for a surprise as the Lions downed them 79-69.

However, Davis did not disappoint scoring 32-points and having a couple of dunks in the process.

Local Kentucky fans were excited to get the chance to see Davis in action. However, during the game, Davis was overshadowed by Wildcats head coach John Calipari.

Calipari tried to make as many people happy with autographs or photos while still trying to see Davis in action.

Here are several photos of Davis and Calipari from the day.
